Please read prior to accepting our quote
- We are a single person delivery service and our couriers will only be able to deliver heavy furniture pieces to the front door/entrance only with no steps or stairs. We cannot deliver up stairs, lifts or anything other than ground floor level. If you are able to provide an able bodied person upon delivery we will do our best to assist getting heavy items inside.
- All quotes offered assuming access to property for a 11m long and 4 m high pantech truck.
- If address is inaccessible for the truck (4m high and 11m long) delivery will be kerbside only. We can assist getting items into your vehicle.
- Items will only be left unattended with an authority to leave from the customer
- We have a standard marine insurance policy covering accident, a roll-over, fire, theft, and flood. Please contact us to find out more about insuring your item. Any damage to items must be identified prior to the courier leaving the premises.
- All items require labelling with delivery destination and receivers contact details.
- Payment is required prior to or upon delivery.
